Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo prozkoumat vztah mezi sekvencí aminokyselin a zakřivením membrány. Pro izolaci účinků postranních řetězců aminokyselin byly použity takzvané analogy postranních řetězců aminokyselin. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis was to investigate the relation between amino acid sequence and membrane curvature. To isolate the effect of the amino acid side chains, the so-called amino acid side chain analogs were utilized.
