Tertiary prevention for clients with gastroduodenal ulceration

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Terciární prevence u klientů, kterým byla diagnostikována vředová choroba žaludku nebo dvanáctníku a s tímto onemocněním se léčí. První část mé práce je teoretická. V úvodu teoretické části jsem uvedla anatomii trávicího ústrojí a fyziologické pochody, které se váží k tomu, jak pracuje žaludek a dvanáctník. Dále jsem se pak věnovala onemocnění samotnému: jeho definici, etiologii, symptomatologii, diagnostice, léčbě, komplikacím, prevenci, která se pojí k tomuto onemocnění. Závěrem jsem zmínila neméně důležitou roli výchovy ke zdraví, edukaci a životní styl klienta. Druhou část pak tvoří empirická část, kde jsem se zaměřila na to, jestli klienti dodržují léčebně preventivní reţim, který jim byl doporučen, zda byli informováni o svém onemocnění a zda jsou vůbec s informovaností ze strany zdravotnického personálu (zdravotní sestra) spokojeni. Výzkumným vzorkem se stali klienti nemocnice Kolín a Ústí nad Labem. Zaměřila jsem se na srovnání mladší a vyšší věkové kategorie. V své empirické části jsem zjistila a z hypotéz vyvozuji, že klienti ve vyšší věkové kategorii (46 let) jsou více informováni o svém onemocnění, že v menší míře zneužívají legální drogy (cigarety). Dále jsem zjistila, že jsou spokojeni s edukací ze strany zdravotnického personálu stejně jako klienti mladší věkové kategorie (Klienti do 45 let). Klienti mladší věkové kategorie v menší míře zneužívají legální drogy, ve smyslu konzumace alkoholických nápojů a více dodržují zásady zdravého stravování oproti klientům starší věkové kategorie.

Abstract:

The theme of my bachelor thesis is Tertiary prevention for clients who have been diagnosed with ulcer disease of stomach or duodenum and this disease is treated. The first part of my work is theoretical. In the introduction to the theoretical part, I said digestive tract anatomy and physiological processes that pertain to how to work the stomach and duodenum. Next, I will give himself a disease: its definition, etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis, treatment, complications, prevention, which are linked to this disease. Finally, I mentioned the equally important role of eduacation to health education and lifestyle clients. The second part consists of the empirical part, where I focused on whether the clients respect the curative and preventive system, which was recommended to them whether they were informed about their disease and are not to information from the medical staff (nurses) are satisfied. Research sample became clients Hospital Kolin and Usti nad Labem. I focused on a comparison of younger and higher ages. In its empirical part, I find I draw hypotheses from the clients in the higher age category (46 years) are more informed about their disease, to a lesser extent the abuse of legal drugs (cigarettes). Furthermore, I found that they are satisfied with the education of the medical staff as well as clients under age category (Clients under 45 years). Clients younger ages, to a lesser extent, abuse of legal drugs, in terms of consumption of alcoholic beverages, and more respect the principles of healthy eating versus clients older age category.
