Use of the PNF concept after the total ankle replacement

Abstract:

V kazuistice se zaměřuji na využití konceptu PNF u pacienta s TEP hlezenního kloubu. Pacient byl hospitalizován na oddělení lůžkové rehabilitace FN Plzeň po dobu 3 týdnů, měl celkem 14 terapií, cvičil 2x denně cca 30 - 40 minut. Při vstupním kineziologickým rozboru jsem odebrala anamnézu, vyšetřila držení, konfiguraci, trofiku, rozsah pohybu hlezenních kloubů, svalový tonus, svalovou sílu dle konceptu PNF a dle prof. Jandy, pohybové stereotypy a stereotyp chůze o 2 FH. Na základě vstupního vyšetření jsem stanovila krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. V individuální terapii jsem využila měkkých a mobilizačních technik, technik konceptu PNF a zaměřila jsem se na nácvik správného stereotypu chůze. Při skupinové terapii probíhalo dechové a kondiční cvičení, cévní gymnastika, izometrické cvičení mm. glutei a m. quadriceps femoris, postfacilitační strečink, prvky konceptu ACT?, Brügger konceptu, využití pomůcek při cvičení (overball, theraband). Součástí terapie byla i psychologická intervence, která probíhala od 2. týdne hospitalizace 3x týdně až do konce pobytu. Jednalo se o individuální psychoterapii a řízenou relaxaci.

Abstract:

In the case report, I focus on the use of the PNF concept in a patient with TEP of the ankle joint. The patient was hospitalized in the inpatient rehabilitation department of the University Hospital Pilsen for 3 weeks, had a total of 14 therapies, practiced twice a day for about 30 - 40 minutes. During the initial kinesiological analysis, I took the anamnesis, examined the posture, configuration, trophy, range of motion of the ankle joints, muscle tone, muscle strength according to the PNF concept and according to prof. Jandy, movement stereotypes and the stereotype of walking about 2 FH. Based on the results of the initial examination, I determined a short-term physiotherapy plan. In individual therapy using soft and mobilization techniques, scar care, PNF concept and applied techniques. During group therapy, breathing and conditioning exercises, vascular gymnastics, isometric exercises mm. glutei and m. quadriceps femoris, post-facitation stretching, elements of the ACT? concept, Brügger concept, use of exercise aids (overball, theraband). The therapy also included a psychological intervention, which took place from the 2nd week of hospitalization 3 times a week until the end of the stay. It was individual psychotherapy and controlled relaxation.
