Triple helix and regional labour market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce aplikuje koncept regionálního rozvoje trojitou šroubovici na jeden vybraný problém na regionálním trhu práce. Jako problém na regionálním trhu práce byla zvolena nezaměstnanost absolventů vysokých škol, protože lze díky konceptu najít vhodné řešení pro snížení tohoto problému a to pomocí spolupráce mezi univerzitou, veřejnou správou a soukromým sektorem. Práce na základě dotazníkového šetření u dotyčných aktérů analyzuje aktuální situaci absolventů (jejich požadavky, možnosti zaměstnání, praxe), ochotu ke spolupráci (či bariéry při menší spolupráci) s univerzitou (zaměření na Fakultu sociálně ekonomickou). Výzkum také zjišťuje, povědomí aktérů o centru kariérního poradenství na UJEPu a možnosti jeho podpory. Práce se skládá z dvou hlavních linií. První část je rešerše literatury, kdy na základě odborné literatury jsou vymezeny základní pojmy v dané problematice, a je dán koncept trojité šroubovice do kontextu regionálního trhu práce. Druhá část práce charakterizuje jednotlivé aktéry, analyzuje nezaměstnanost absolventů vysokých škol se zaměřením na UJEP, popisuje výsledky výzkumu a navrhuje koncept efektivní spolupráce mezi jednotlivými aktéry.

Abstract:

This thesis applies the concept of regional development by means of triple helix on a selected issue on the regional labor market. Unemployment of university graduates was chosen as the problem of the regional labor market, because thanks to the concept it is possible to find a suitable solution to reduce this problem through cooperation between universities, public administration and the private sector. Work based on the survey of concerned participants analyzes the current situation of graduates (their requirements, employment opportunities, practice), willingness to cooperate (or barriers in case of smaller cooperation) with the University (focusing on Social and Economics Faculty). The research also identifies participants' awareness of career consulting center at UJEP and its possible support. The work consists of two main parts. The first one is a literature review, which on the basis of literature, defines the basic terms of the issue, and the concept of the triple helix is given in the context with the regional labor market. The second part describes the particular participants, analyzes the unemployment of university graduates with a focus on UJEP, describes the results of research and proposes a concept for effective cooperation between different sectors.
