Hlavním předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika delegování pro řídící prácimanaţera. Jejím cílem je zjistit význam delegování manaţerů ve zvolené organizaci. The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the issue of delegating for control work ofmanager. It's aim is to discover the importance of managers' delegating in a specificorganization.
