Abstract:

Absolventská práce s názvem Systém podpory pro lidi bez domova na území hlavního města Prahy je zaměřena na problematiku bezdomovectví. Práce si stanovuje za cíl identifikovat možnosti podpory pro lidi bez domova na území hlavního města Prahy. Práce zahrnuje teoretickou a empirickou část. Vzhledem k cíli teoretická část přibližuje problematiku bezdomovectví jako takového a popisuje základní charakteristiky a potřeby cílové skupiny lidí bez domova. V první kapitole teoretické části jsou dále popsány možné příčiny i důsledky bezdomovectví, na které potom mohou navazovat možnosti podpory. Druhá kapitola se věnuje systému podpory pro tuto cílovou skupinu, popisuje zejména podporu v sociální oblasti, přes obecný vhled do systému sociálních služeb ke konkrétní podobě podpory v Praze. Empirická část je vytvořena na základě polostrukturovaných kvalitativních rozhovorů s pracovníky ambulantních služeb pro lidi bez domova v Praze a klade si za cíl zjistit, jakou podporu nabízí ambulantní sociální služby pro lidi bez domova v Praze svým klientům. Data z rozhovorů jsou následně analyzována a přiřazena k jednotlivým kategoriím.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis with name The system of the support for people without home in the capital city of Prague is focused on the issue of homelessness. The work aims to identify options of the support for people without home in the capital city of Prague. The thesis includes theoretical and empirical part. Due to the aim of the work, the theoretical part approaches the issue of homelessness as such and describes the basic characteristics and need of the target group of people without home. The first chapter of the theoretical part further describes the possible causes and consequences of homelessness, which can then be followed by support options. The second chapter deals with system of the support for this target group, describes in particular support in the social field, despite the general insight of the system of social services into the specific form of support in Prague. The empirical part is based on semi-structured qualitative interviews with employees of outpatient services for people without home in Prague and aims to find out what support outpatient social services for people without home in Prague offer to their clients. The data from the interviews are then analyzed and assigned to individual categories.
