Cílem této diplomové práce je pomocí vybraných metod oceňování podniku provést ocenění společnosti BENU Česká republika a.s. a určit její tržní hodnotu k datu 31. ledna 2020. V teoretické části práce je popsán postup a jednotlivé fáze oceňování podniku. Obsahuje analýzu prostředí podniku, zabývá se metodami finanční analýzy a jejich použitím. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the company BENU Česká republika a.s. using selected methods of company valuation and determine its market value as of January 31, 2020. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the procedure and individual phases of company valuation.
