Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je rozbor a přehled pracovněprávních prostředků ochrany mzdy. Kapitola první je věnována především vyjasnění pojmů jako mzda, plat a odměna za práci a poskytuje jednoduché členění forem mzdy. Druhá kapitola rozebírá jednotlivé možnosti ochrany mzdy a podává stručný přehled relevantních právních předpisů a základních zásad ochrany mzdy. Tuto kapitolu považuji za stěžejní. Třetí …more

The aim of this diploma thesis is the analysis and outline of labour law instruments of the protection of the wage. Chapter one is first of all paid to clarifying terms as wage, salary, renumeration for the work and provides simple segmentation of wage forms.
