Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na provedení analýzy finanční situace v době udržitelnosti vybraného projektu financovaného z prostředků strukturální fondů EU. Výsledky této analýzy jsou podkladem pro návrh využití metod pro řízení procesu udržitelnosti vybraného projektu v Ústavu výpočetní techniky MU. Popsané metody vedou k plánování a sledování užití finančních prostředků v době udržitelnosti projektu.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to analyze financial state during the period of sustainability of certain project funded by structural funds of EU. The results of this analysis constitute basis for sustainability process management strategy of selected project at Ústav výpočetní techniky MU.
