Geography of criminal activity in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá geografií trestné činnosti. První část se věnuje subdisciplíně geografie kriminality, probírá její historický vývoj, přístupy a teoretická ukotvení. Druhá část zachycuje časové i prostorové rozložení celkové a násilné kriminality v České republice. Navrhnuty jsou hypotézy vysvětlující nerovnosti a na jejichž základě jsou vybrány proměnné testované regresní analýzou.

This thesis deals with the geography of criminal activity. The first part of this thesis is focused on the subdiscipline – the geography of crime; its historical development and theoretical approaches are considered.
