Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu činností Státního odborného dozoru v silniční dopravě. Dále shrnuje stávající legislativní podmínky pro realizaci kontrolních úkonů. The thesis analyzes activities of performance of state technical supervision of road transport. The work further summarizes current legislative conditions for realization of control actions.
