Abstract:

Cílem práce "Stravování dětí v mateřské škole" je zaznamenat a zhodnotit způsob stravování dětí předškolního věku. Obsahem teoretické části je vymezení pojmů předškolní dítě a jeho vývoj v určitých oblastech. Mimo jiné zahrnuje také stravování a jeho význam, zdravý životní styl a zdravou výživu. V této části práce došlo k provedení rešerše z odborných zdrojů. V praktické části bakalářské práce byl uskutečněn výzkum shromažďující odpovědi na otázky stravování předškolních dětí prostřednictvím online dotazníku. Výsledky dotazníku byly následně zpracovány do grafů, ze kterých bylo patrné, že úroveň stravování v domácím prostředí není na špatné úrovni. Praktická část byla též doplněna o zásobník činností, které lze s dětmi realizovat.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis ''Nutrition of Pre-School children'' is to record and evaluate the diet of preschool children. The content of the theoretical part is the definition of the concepts of the preschool child and its development in certain areas. Among other things, it also covers diet and its importance, healthy lifestyle and healthy nutrition. In this part of the thesis, a search of professional sources has been done. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, research was conducted to collect responses on preschool children's diet through an online questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were then compiled into graphs, which showed that the level of nutrition in the home environment is not at a bad level. The practical part was also supplemented with a stack of activities that can be implemented with the children.
