Abstract:
Práce se zabývá diagnostikou objemového dielektrického bariérového výboje provozovaného za atmosférického tlaku ve směsi argonu, kyslíku a vodíku. Určujeme absolutní koncentrace kyslíkových atomů, které jsou produkovány výbojem, a stanovujeme, jak tato koncentrace závisí na různých parametrech výboje - na výkonu generátoru, fázi výboje či na průtoku pracovních plynů. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on a diagnostics of volume dielectric barrier discharge, operated with a mixture of argon, oxygen and hydrogen at atmospheric pressure. We determine the absolute density of atomic oxygen produced in the discharge and we report its dependence on various parameters of the discharge - on the generator power, phase of the discharge or the flow rates of working gases.
