Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou motivačního systému veřejné výzkumné instituce Ústavu fyzikální chemie J. Heyrovského. Práce je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of the motivation system of the public research institution J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts of motivation, commitment and burnout syndrome.
