Usage promotive therapy and stimulation at pupils with hard health disability

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím podpůrných terapií a stimulací v rámci systému ucelené rehabilitace u žáků s těžkým zdravotním postižením. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, které stimulační metody a podpůrné terapie jsou využívány v ZŠ speciálních v oblasti Novojičínska, a zpracování čtyř případových studií žáků s těžkým zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika mentálního postižení a mozkové obrny, jejich formy, etiologie, projevy a zvláštnosti osobnosti takto postižených žáků, dále možnosti vzdělávání žáků s těžkým zdravotním postižením, legislativní rámec a speciálně pedagogická centra. V práci se dále uvádí vymezení ucelené rehabilitace, její prostředky a metody. V oblastech této rehabilitace jsou popsány možnosti práce s žákem s těžkým zdravotním postižením. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na využití podpůrných terapií a stimulací u žáků s těžkým zdravotním postižením na základních školách speciálních na Novojičínsku. Dále jsou zde popsány případové studie čtyř žáků s těžkým zdravotním postižením, u kterých se provádí jednotlivé druhy stimulací.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the use of supportive therapy and stimulation of the comprehensive system of rehabilitation for children with severe disabilities. The aim of this thesis was to determine which methods of stimulating and supportive therapy are used in the special schools in the region of Nový Jičín, and processing of four case studies of students with severe disabilities. The theoretical part provides the characteristics of mental retardation and cerebral palsy, their types, etiology, symptoms and personality traits such handicapped pupils, learning opportunities for pupils with severe disabilities, legal and special education centers. The work also provides a comprehensive definition of rehabilitation, its means and methods. In the areas of rehabilitation are discussed the options for working with pupils its severe disabilities. The research section focuses on the use of support and stimulation therapy for children with severe disabilities in elementary school special in the region Novojičínsko. It further describes four case studies of students with severe disabilities, which are carried out different types of stimulation.
