Distrainer and administration of distraint
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku exekucí. V teoretické části se zabývá tématem soudní exekutor a exekuce z hlediska exekučního řádu. Praktická část je zaměřena na exekuce v praxi. Zabývá se postupem provádění exekucí a její součástí jsou také 2 příklady exekučních případů. První je založen na jednoduchém principu vymožení exekuce, druhý popisuje složitější případ exekučního řízení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue distraint. In the theoretical part deals with bailiff and seizure in terms of an distraint order. The practical part is focused on distraint in practice. It deals with the implementation of the distraint process and its components are also 2 examples of enforcement cases.
