Fundamentals of Criminal Liability

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základy trestní odpovědnosti, přičemž klade důraz problematiku trestného činu, trestní odpovědnost fyzických osob, právnických osob a mladistvých, a zkoumá různé druhy trestních odpovědností. Cílem práce je analyzovat a porovnat různé aspekty trestní odpovědnosti v kontextu českého právního systému a slovenského. Práce poskytuje přehled o základních principech trestní odpovědnosti, včetně otázek vědomí a úmyslu, a zkoumá, jak se tyto principy aplikují v různých právních kontextech. Dále se věnuje specifikům trestní odpovědnosti mladistvých a analýze trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob. Závěrem práce je shrnutí klíčových poznatků a doporučení pro praxi a další výzkum v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the fundamentals of criminal liability, with a focus on the issues of criminal acts, the criminal liability of individuals, legal entities, and minors, and examines various types of criminal liabilities. The goal of the thesis is to analyze and compare different aspects of criminal liability within the context of the Czech and Slovakia legal systems. The work provides an overview of the basic principles of criminal liability, including issues of awareness and intent, and examines how these principles are applied in different legal contexts. It also delves into the specifics of the criminal liability of minors and the analysis of the criminal liability of legal entities. The conclusion of the work summarizes the key findings and provides recommendations for practice and further research in this area.
