Abstract:

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je inovace sociální sítě Facebook pro MÚVS ČVUT v Praze. Cílem práce je zhodnotit efektivitu, identifikovat aktuální možnosti a spolu s jejich riziky poskytnout návrh pro inovaci facebookové stránky Masarykova ústavu vyšších studií. Práce v teoretické části postupně zhodnotí vliv Facebooku jakožto marketingového nástroje, popíše možnosti využití Meta Business Suite a sumarizuje aktuální trendy při využití Facebooku. Praktická část se zaměří na analýzu sekundárních dat, která se týkají sociálních médií a posléze přímo Facebooku. Následně dojde k zaměření na vybranou facebookovou stránku. Prvně budou pomocí Meta Business Suite analyzována aktuální data a procesy probíhající na stránce, což povede ke zhodnocení efektivity sledovaných procesů. Na základě získaných dat a analýz bude sestavena sada návrhů a doporučení, které je možné využít pro inovaci sociální sítě Facebook pro MÚVS ČVUT v Praze.

Abstract:

The main topic of this diploma thesis is innovation of the Facebook Social Network for the MÚVS CVUT Page. The aim is to assess the effectiveness, identify current opportunities along with their risks and develop a proposal for innovation of the Facebook social network for the MÚVS CVUT page. The theoretical part of the thesis will gradually evaluate the impact of Facebook as a marketing tool, describe the possibilities of using Meta Business Suite and summarize the current trends in the use of Facebook. The practical part will focus on the analysis of secondary data related to social media and eventually Facebook itself. Afterwards, the focus will be on a selected Facebook page. First, the actual data and processes running on the page will be analyzed using Meta Business Suite, which will lead to an evaluation of the effectiveness of the monitored processes. A set of proposals and recommendations will be drawn up based on the data and analysis. These can then be used to innovate the Facebook social network for the MÚVS CVUT page.
