Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma "Pohled rodinných příslušníků na zajištění péče o dospělou blízkou osobu s mentálním postižením". Práce se zabývá klíčovými potřebami rodinných příslušníků pečujících o dospělého člena s mentálním postižením. Teoretická část práce je strukturována do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na osoby s mentálním postižením, zahrnující definici tohoto postižení, jeho stupně a charakteristiky jednotlivých stupňů. Dále jsou popsány diagnostické metody používané k identifikaci mentálního postižení a právní postavení osob s touto diagnózou. Druhá kapitola se věnuje rodinám pečujícím o osoby s mentálním postižením, zahrnující formy poskytované péče a dostupnou podporu jak pro tyto rodiny, tak i pro samotné postižené osoby. Třetí kapitola se věnuje sociálnímu zabezpečení, zde jsem uvedla sociální služby, které jsou poskytovány pečujícím osobám, ale i jedincům s mentálním postižením, příspěvek na péči, dávky pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a invalidní důchod. Výzkumná část práce prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu analyzuje pohled rodinných příslušníků na potřeby zajištění péče o dospělého člena rodiny s mentálním postižením.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic "Family members' view on care provision care of an adult loved one with intellectual disabilities". The thesis explores the key needs of family members caring for an adult member with an intellectual disability. The theoretical part of the thesis is structured into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on people with intellectual disabilities, including a definition of the disability, its degree and the characteristics of each degree. Next, the diagnostic methods used to identify intellectual disability and the legal status of persons with this diagnosis are described. The second chapter is devoted to families caring for persons with intellectual disabilities, covering the forms of care provided and the support available to both these families and the disabled person themselves. The third chapter deals with social security, here I have listed the social services that are provided to carers as well as to individuals with intellectual disabilities, the care allowance, disability benefits and the disability pension. The research part of the thesis, through qualitative research, analyses the perspective of family members on care provision needs care needs of an adult family member with a learning disability.
