Bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro rozvoj podnikání. V teoretického části jsou popsány pojmy spojené s podnikáním hlavně je popsána struktura podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části jsou aplikované poznatky získané v teoretické části na reálné společnosti. Je zde i určena forma přechodu z fyzické osoby na právnickou.
