Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na nedostatek strážníků obecních policií. Zprvu je pozornost věnována samotné podstatě obecních policií, postavení strážníků a kvalifikačním předpokladům pro výkon funkce strážníka. Dále se práce zabývá vývojem počtu čekatelů a strážníků, vývojem jejich věkové struktury a možnými příčinami vedoucími k jejich nízkému počtu.
