Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do třech hlavních částí - teoretické, praktické a analytické. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny hlavní definice a pojmy související s oceňováním, včetně popisu, analýzy, návrhu a uplatnění moderní aplikace porovnávací metody.
