Tato bakalářská práce řeší způsob určení škody na nemovitostech a případně zhodnocení, to znamená stanovení podílu mezi škodou a zhodnocením stavebních konstrukcí po odstranění následku škod. Popisuje a komparuje různé způsoby tohoto procesu s použitím platných metod stanovení škody a rozdělení mezi škodou a zhodnocením. This work provides a method of determining the damage to property and appropriate evaluation, ie assessing the ratio between the damage and the evaluation of structures after removing the effect of the damage.
