Role of leadership at influencing and convincing of people in a working group

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postupy, které ovlivňují lidi při dosahování cílů v organizacích v kontextu klíčové role úspěšného leadershipu, jak je využívají čeští manažeři a vedoucí v jedné výrobní firmě. V rámci kvalitativního výzkumu jsou hledány postupy, které dotazovaní respondenti s úspěchem ve svých praxích využívají. Zároveň jsou hledány kombinace vlastnosti realizovaného vůdcovství respondentů a je hledána konzistence z hlediska teorií. Otázky v dotazníku byly konstruovány s ohledem na teoretická východiska autorů, zabývajících se výzkumem leadershipu, vedením a řízením v organizacích, teoriemi managementu, ovlivňováním a působením na lidi ve firemním prostředí a efektivitou týmového dosahování cílů.

Abstract:

This diploma paper deals with basic techniques, that influence people while achieving targets in organizations in the contingency of a key role of leadership, as they are being used by the Czech managers in one production company. In frame of a qualitative research there are searched techniques that are being successfully used by the respondents. At the same time there are identified procedures, which the respondents successfully utilize in their practice, and there is being searched a consistency from the cited theories point of view.. Questions in the questionnaire were created with respect to theoretical sources of the authors, which are concerned themselves with the meaning of leadershipu, leading and managing in organizations, with theories of management, influencing and impacting to people in organizations and with effectivity of team-work target achievement.
