Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti BALVÍN SPEDITION, s.r.o. Zabývá se možnostmi hodnocení a následného odměňování, které zaměstnavatel ve své společnosti užívá. Zároveň se zabývá možnými návrhy zlepšení hodnocení a odměňování pro efektivnější výsledky v odvedených výkonech řidičů.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the remuneration of employees in the company BALVÍN SPEDITION, s.r.o. It deals with the possibilities of evaluation and subsequent remuneration, which the employer uses in his company. At the same time, it deals with possible proposals for improving evaluation and remuneration for more effective results in drivers' driven performance.
