Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku stárnutí obyvatelstva a uplatnění těchto osob na trhu práce. V teoretické části práce je vymezen koncept age managementu, který poskytuje přehled nástrojů, jež mohou mít pozitivní dopady na průběh pracovního života a následně pak integraci starších osob v rámci pracovního prostředí. Rozebírá faktory ovlivňující starší pracovníky či firemní kulturu a postoje organizace vůči této disciplíně. Analytická část práce se věnuje samotnému výzkumu, jehož cílem je ověřit, jak problematiku vnímají zaměstnanci věkové kategorie 50+ vybrané společnosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of aging population and the placement of this part of population on the labour market. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis defines the concept of age management which provides an overview of tools that can have positive effects on the progress of working life and subsequently the integration of older people in their work. Thesis analyses the factors affecting older workers as well as a corporate culture and the attitudes of the organisation towards this discipline. The analytical part of the thesis is devoted to the research with the aim to verify how the issue is perceived by the employees in the age 50+ in the chosen company.
