Analysis of the factors of employee satisfaction in the selected company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení faktorů zaměstnanecké spokojenosti ve vybraném podniku. Pro průzkum jsem použila dotazník. Výsledek dotazníku mi přinesl faktory, které ovlivňují spokojenost obecně a zhodnocení stavu spokojenosti v podniku. Popsala jsem návrhy, které vedou ke zlepšení stávající situace v podniku.
Abstract:
My work is concerned with the evaluation of employee satisfaction factors in a selected company. The survey was carried out by the use of questionnaire. The questionnaire resulted in factors that have a considerable influence on the satisfaction in general and assessment of the state of the company. I described proposals leading to the improvement of current situation in the company.
