Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prvky sociální psychologie ovlivňující management. V první části je podrobně teoreticky popsáno zvolené téma. This bachelor thesis deals with elements of social psychology affecting management. In the first part will be describe in detail the chosen topic. In the second part are elements, which were find in the first part, examined and compared.
