Protein Biomarkers in Neurodegenerative Diseases
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na proteinové biomarkery u neurodegenerativních chorob, které jsou zapotřebí pro podporu klinického hodnocení a urychlení diagnostiky. Cílem této práce je shrnutí poznatků o vybraných neurodegenerativních chorobách, výběr specifických proteinových biomarkerů pro daná onemocnění a metody jejich stanovení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on protein biomarkers in neurodegenerative diseases, which are needed to support clinical trials and accelerate diagnosis. The aim of this work is to summarize the knowledge about selected neurodegenerative diseases, the selection of specific protein biomarkers for the diseases and methods for their determination
