Abstract:

Cílem práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty obchodního závodu premise, s. r. o. Analýza dat a výpočty jsou provedeny na základě podkladů od managementu podniku a také z veřejně dostupných databází a informačních zdrojů. Pro zjištění, zda podnik splňuje podmínku pokračující hodnoty, byla provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Strategickou analýzou, za použití makroekonomické predikce, analýzy odvětví dle CZ-NACE, Pest analýzy a Porterovy analýzy, bylo zjištěno, že odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí, je stabilní, konkurence je vysoká, a tudíž jsou nízké bariéry vstupu do odvětví. Finanční analýza byla provedena na základě analýzy absolutních a poměrových ukazatelů, a také metodami komplexního hodnocení podniku. Zde bylo zjištěno, že podnik je finančně zdravý a na trhu stabilní. Na základě potvrzení pokračující hodnoty bylo přistoupeno k ocenění podniku. Tržní hodnota obchodního závodu byla stanovena na základě provedené výnosové metody kapitalizovaných čistých výnosů v paušální variantě. Tato metoda byla dále doplněna majetkovou metodou na bázi tržních hodnot, neboť pro stanovení tržní hodnoty je nezbytné provést více variant ocenění podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value of the business plant of premise, s. r. o. Data analysis and calculations are made on the basis of data from the management of the company and also from publicly available databases and information sources. To determine whether the business meets the condition of continuing value, a strategic and financial analysis was conducted. The strategic analysis, using macroeconomic forecasting, CZ-NACE industry analysis, Pest analysis and Porter's analysis, found that the industry in which the company operates is stable, competition is high, and therefore barriers to entry are low. The financial analysis was carried out by analysing absolute and ratio indicators, as well as by using the methods of comprehensive company evaluation. Here it was found that the enterprise is financially sound and stable in the market. Based on the confirmation of the going concern value, the valuation of the business was proceeded with. The market value of the business plant was determined based on the capitalized net income method performed in the lump sum variant. This method was further supplemented by the property method on the basis of market values, as it is necessary to carry out more than one valuation variant to determine the market value of the business.
