Women´s adaptation in postoperative period after Caesarean section

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na pooperační adaptaci žen po císařském řezu a rozděluje se na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části je popsán císařský řez a jeho indikace, komplikace, druhy anestezie, adaptace a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Dále se věnuje pooperačnímu období a péči, která s ní souvisí. Je zde také popsán test soběstačnosti podle Barthelové. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno metodou kvantitativního výzkumu formou analýzy zdravotnické dokumentace u žen, které podstoupily císařský řez v období od července do listopadu roku 2017 ve zdravotnickém zařízení ve Středočeském kraji. Cílem výzkumu bylo posoudit faktory, které ovlivňují adaptaci žen v pooperačním období. Dalšími cíli bylo, jak se ženy adaptovaly v závislosti na typu anestezie a jakou pociťovaly intenzitu bolesti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on postoperative adaptation of women after Caesarean section and it is divided into the theoretical and research part. Caesarean section and its indication, complications, types of anaesthesia, adaptation and factors which affect it, are described in the theoretical part. It also deals with the postoperative period and the care associated with it. Barthel ADL Index is also described here. The research was carried out by the method of quantitative research in the form of analysis of medical documentation of women who underwent Caesarean section from July to November 2017 in a health-care facility in the Central Bohemia Region. The aim of the research was to assess the factors that influence women´s adaptation in the postoperative period. Other goals were how women adapted depending on the type of anaesthesia and how they felt the intensity of pain.
