Smolná kniha na panstve pardubickom za vlády Pernštejnov

Black book from Pradubice domain under the regency of Pernštejn family
Abstract:
My work analyses the first black book of Pardubice, also called Registra tajemství lotrovského (Scump secrets register), written between years 1538 ad. and 1560 ad. It investigates, if there are some conections between ruling members of Pernštejn family and criminal law and practise. This work also contains list of criminals with their offence and judgment.
Abstract:
Moja práca sa zaoberá rozborom prvej pardubickej smolnej knihy, nazývanej tiež Registra tajemství lotrovského, vedenej v rokoch 1538-1560. Skúma tiež vplyv jednotlivých predstaviteľov rodu Pernštejnov v tej dobe vládnucich na Pardubickom panstve, na trestný zákon a prax. Práca obsahuje aj výpis zločincov s uvedeným spáchaným zločinom a trestom.
