Anotace: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení transradiálního a transfemorálního cévního přístupu při srdeční katetrizaci. Teoretická část rekapituluje současný stav intervenční léčby onemocnění srdce, zejména ischemické choroby srdeční, a klade důraz na význam edukace klientů podstupujících katetrizační vyšetření. Summary: The goal of this bachelor´s thesis is evaluation transradial and transfemoral access to vessel during the cardiac cathetrization. It is a summary of the present status of heart deseases interventional treatment, particularly ischemic disease of heart, and adverts to significance of educating the clients.
