Abstract:

V bakalářské práci jsou řešeny tři zásadní personální procesy: proces získávání, výběr a přijímání zaměstnanců. Tato problematika bude analyzována ve společnosti, která se zabývá výrobou vzduchových clon, větracích a rekuperačních jednotek. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku procesu získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců a know-how vychází z odborné literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu získávání, výběru a přijímání zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě posouzení, zhodnocení a analýzy získaných informací o vybraných problémech a jejich konfrontací s teoretickými, dosud známými podklady, navrhnout vhodná doporučení k případnému zlepšení postupů a způsobů prováděných ve výrobním podniku.

Abstract:

This bachelor paper explores three very important processes connected with Human Resources: acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees. These issues will be analyzed in the company, which is engaged in the production of air curtains, ventilation and heat recovery units. The theoretical part is focused on the processes of acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees and its know-how is based on the scientific literature. The practical part is focused on the analysis of acquisition, selection and recruitment of employees in the organization. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to propose appropriate recommendations for possible improvements in procedures and methods made in the organization. This will be done on the basis of the assessment, evaluation and analysis of information that are obtained from the selected issues and on their confrontation with the theoretical, previously known materials.
