Tématem bakalářské práce je Postavení prezidenta v ústavním sytému České republiky a vybraných států. Toto téma začíná vymezením základních pojmů, dále historickým exkursem ústav. The president´s role in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic and the selected states is the topic of this Bachelor thesis. It starts with the definition of the basic terms used followed by a historical discursion into constitutions.
