Employee Experience of Working From Home During The Pandemic

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckou zkušeností zaměstnanců na home office během pandemie COVID-19. V teoretické části je vysvětlen koncept zaměstnanecké zkušenosti na základě teorie vícero autorů, dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na teoretické vysvětlení od Jacoba Morgana a vychází z knihy „The Employee Advantage“. Cílem práce je odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaká je zaměstnanecká zkušenost zaměstnanců na home office během pandemie? V metodologické části byla provedena operacionalizace a sestaven polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Z rozhovorů je možné konstatovat, že i přes jistá úskalí a negativní vlivy, měli zaměstnanci tendenci hodnotit svoji zkušenost s home office spíše pozitivně.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the employee experience of employees working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The theoretical part explains the concept of employee experience based on the theory of several authors, the theoretical part focuses on a theoretical explanation by Jacob Morgan and is based on a book "The Employee Advantage". The goal of this work is to answer the main research question: What is the employee experience of employees working from home during the pandemic? In the methodological part, an operationalization was performed, and a semi-structured interview was compiled. It can be stated from the interviews that the experience of employees working from home, despite certain pitfalls and negative influences, is rather positive.
