Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit dosavadní právní úpravu ochrany ovzduší v České republice v porovnání se stavem EU. Pozornost je také věnována přístupu České republiky k řešení problematiky ochrany ovzduší v průběhu 20. století s důrazem na období od konce 60. let. The object of this assay is the evaluation of existing legal arrangements of the atmosphere protection in the Czech Republic in comparison with the situation in EU. Furthermore, the paper is concentrated on the attitude of the Czech Republic to solving problems of the atmosphere protection during the 20th century, highlighting the period from the end of 60s.
