This thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses as a whole on bankruptcy law. The terms as decay, insolvency and extension are closely defined. Táto bakalárska práca je rozdelená na tri časti. Prvá časť je zameraná ako celok na konkurzné právo. Bližšie sú vymedzené pojmy ako úpadok, platobná neschopnosť a predlženie. Ďalej sa zameriava na konkurzné konanie, konkurz finančných inštitúcií a malý konkurz.
