Význam různých izoforem adenylátcykláz ve fyziologické funkci buněk
Importance of different adenylyl cyclase isoforms in the physiological function of cells
Abstract:
Adenylyl cyclases (AC) belong to the family of enzymes that catalyze the synthesis of cyclic adenosine 3’,5’-monophosphate (cAMP), a secondary messenger involved in various physiological and pathophysiological processes. To date, ten different AC isoforms have been identified, nine membrane-bound and one soluble cytosolic. The AC isoforms differ in their tissue distribution and in the way of regulation …moreAbstract:
to the identification of novel therapeutic targets for the treatment of Th cell-related pathological processes. In conclusion, the obtained results fulfill the defined goals and the thesis brings new knowledge about the regulatory role of cAMP signaling in Th cell differentiation as well as about the potential of unique FSK derivatives to modulate specific AC isoforms. Further studies are needed to …more
