Identification of talented student and adaptation of educational process

Abstract:

Problematika nadaných žáků je aktuálním tématem, na něž jsou zaměřeny mnohé projekty. Významnost této problematiky je dána i legislativními změnami, jež v posledních letech proběhly. Práce postupně charakterizuje nadané žáky, popisuje jejich identifikaci a dále se zabývá jejich edukací a možných projektech, které jsou pro ně určeny. V druhé části je zjišťována současná informovanost pedagogů vyučující biologii a přírodopis na území Ostravy v rámci tohoto tématu. Pro tyto účely je využita dotazníková metoda, která se zaměřuje nejenom na znalost této problematiky, ale také na praktické postupy učitelů při vyučování nadaného žáka.

Abstract:

The issue of gifted children is a current theme that many projects are focused on. The importance of this issues is given by recent legislative changes. This thesis defines the term gifted children, describes the process of their identification and deals with their education and projects, that are established for them. The second part of the thesis explores the current level of biology teachers´ knowledge about the gifted children in Ostrava. The questionnaire focuses on the awareness of this issue, and also on practical education processes of gifted child.
