Optimization of Fixed Assets Financing in a Car Repair Service

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice pořízení dlouhodobého majetku v konkrétním podniku a srovnání daňových dopadů jednotlivých forem financování. Vyhodnocení výhodnější varianty financování je provedeno pomocí metody diskontovaných výdajů a metody čisté výhody leasingu. Nedílnou součástí práce je finanční analýza, která spolu s hodnocením efektivnosti investice určí, zda investiční projekt doporučit k realizaci, či nikoliv.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the acquisition of fixed assets in a particular firm and a comparison the tax impacts of various forms of financing. The evaluation of a more advantageous financing option is performed using the discounted expenditure method and the net benefit of leasing method. An integral part of bachelor thesis is a financial analysis, which together with the evaluation of the efficiency of the investment will determine whether to recommend the investment project for implementation, or not.
