Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza britské zahraniční politiky v letech 1951 - 1955, především ve vztahu ke Spojeným státům americkým a Sovětskému svazu. Práce si tak klade za cíl zkoumat vliv britské zahraniční politiky na rozvíjející se studenou válku v době, kdy funkci britského ministerského předsedy vykonával Winston Churchill. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyzed British foreign policy in years 1951 - 1955 during the premiership of Winston Churchill. Author wants to explain how much was the british foreign policy influenced by the strenghtening of Soviet Union and how this fact took efect on the transatlantic relations and the british peaceful iniciative in this period, which was terminated by The Geneve Conference.
