The aims of this bachelor thesis was the analysis status, functions and objectives of commercial banks in the Slovak Republic under the current legislation. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bola analýza postavenia, funkcií a cieľov komerčných bánk v Slovenskej republike v zmysle platnej legislatívy. Práca je členená do dvoch kapitol, pre ilustráciu doplnená schémami a tabuľkami.
