Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením pověřence pro ochranu osobních údajů v obcích České republiky. V obecné části rozebírá právní rámec dle GDPR a národní legislativy, včetně metodických doporučení. Ve zvláštní části pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumá, jak obce tuto funkci v praxi zajišťují a do jaké míry naplňují normativní a metodologické požadavky. This bachelor thesis examines the position of the Data Protection Officer in municipalities of the Czech Republic. The general part analyses the legal framework under the GDPR and national legislation, including methodological guidelines.
