Marriage and family in today´s society through the eyes of young people.

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat změny ve společnosti týkající se rodiny. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, které se vzájemně doplňují. V teoretické části je práce soustředěna na obecnou charakteristiku rodiny, manželství a rodičovství. Jsou zde také nastíněny změny, kterými společnost v souvislosti s rodinou prochází. Jedná se o změny, kterými například jsou: oddalování manželství a plánovaného rodičovství, narůstání počtu rozvodovosti a neúplných rodin a s tím související rozšířená hodnota individualismu v rodině. Praktická část je kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, probíhající na základě dotazníku, který byl určen pro lidi ve věku 18-30 let. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jaké postoje respondenti zaujímají vůči rodině a manželství s ohledem na změny ve společnosti, kterým dnes musí čelit.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe changes in society related to the family. The thesis is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical, which complement each other. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristics of the family, marriage and parenthood. There are also outlined changes that society goes through in connection with the family. These are changes such as: delaying marriage and planned parenthood, increasing the number of divorces and incomplete families, and the associated widespread value of individualism in the family. The practical part is a quantitative research survey based on a questionnaire which was determined for people ranged from 18-30 years. The goal of the research was to find out the attitudes of the respondents towards the family and marriage, in view of the changes in society, that respondents must face today.
