Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce „Plánování a rozpočetnictví v konkrétním podniku“ je v praktické části práce kriticky zhodnotit úroveň plánování a rozpočetnictví v konkrétním podniku, navrhnout možná zlepšení a zdokumentovat ekonomické, organizační a časové dopady návrhů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy plány a rozpočty, jejich dělení a možnosti užití při řízení podniku.

The goal of submitted bachelor thesis „Planning and budgeting in the specific enterprise“ in practical part is to critically evaluate level of planning and budgeting in the the specific enterprise, offer an improvement of the current praxis and evaluate economical, organisational and time impact.
