Přehledné porovnání jednotlivých programů mezi sebou, jejichž cílem je prevence zranění u rychlostně zaměřených sportovců skrze rozcvičovací složku. Část teoretická se zaměřuje na definici rozcvičení, prevenci zranění a rychlostní složky. A clear comparison of individual programs with each other, the aim of which is to prevent injuries in speed-oriented athletes through the warm-up component. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of warm-up, injury prevention and the speed component.
