Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro založení nové cestovní kanceláře CK TourVui, s.r.o. se zaměřením na incomingový cestovní ruch a segment vietnamské klientely. Teoretická část práce je tvořena dvěma kapitolami. První kapitola se věnuje definici podnikatelského plánu, jeho významu a účelu. Dále je podrobněji popsána a rozebrána struktura podnikatelského plánu. V druhé kapitole jsou vymezeny důležité pojmy a definice související s podnikatelskou činností cestovních kanceláří a jednotlivé legislativní podmínky podnikání v cestovním ruchu. Praktickou část představuje poslední třetí kapitola věnující se samotné tvorbě podnikatelského plánu založení CK TourVui, s.r.o. Na základě provedené PEST analýzy bylo zjištěno, že zájem Vietnamců o zahraniční cestování neustále roste a jsou ochotni do cestování i investovat. Zájezdy CK TourVui, s.r.o. byly sestaveny na základě primárního průzkumu zdrojového trhu a analýzou konkurence bylo zjištěno, že na současném trhu cestovního ruchu ČR ještě neexistuje výrazně silný konkurent zabývající se stejným segmentem klientely. V závěru práce je vypracován finanční plán složený ze zahajovací rozvahy, výkazu zisků a ztrát a výkazu cash-flow prvních tří let působení cestovní kanceláře. Dosažené výsledky vypovídají o dostatečném finančním zdraví společnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for the establishment of a new tour operator CK TourVui, s.r.o. with a focus on incoming tourism and the segment of Vietnamese clientele. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of two chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of business plan, its meaning and its purpose. Further, the structure of the business plan is described in more detail. The second chapter defines important concepts and definitions related to business activities of tour operators and individual legislative conditions of business in tourism. The practical part is the last third chapter in which the actual business plan of CK TourVui, s.r.o. is created. Based on the PEST analysis, it was discovered that interest of Vietnamese people in foreign travel is steadily increasing and they are willing to invest in travelling. Tours from CK TourVui, s.r.o. were drawn up on the basis of a primary market research and thanks to the competitive analysis it was discovered that there is still no really strong competitor in the current tourism market in Czech republic focusing on the same segment of clientele. At the end of the thesis a financial plan is created consisting of the opening balance sheet, profit and loss statement and the cash-flow statement of the first three years of operation of CK TourVui, s.r.o. The results obtained show a sufficient financial health of the company.
