„In the interest of a child“ - Contacts of children coming from foster familes within the SOS children vilages with a biological family

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce V zájmu dítěte pojednává o kontaktech dětí v náhradní rodinné péče v SOS DV s biologickou rodinou. V teoretické části je zmapován vztah dítěte k rodiči v rodině funkční, nefunkční, v zařízeních náhradní výchovné péče, SOS dětských vesničkách. Výzkumná část je provedena kvalitativním výzkumným šetřením formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Tyto rozhovory byly vedeny s matkami - pěstounkami v SOS dětských vesničkách. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jak probíhají kontakty dětí v SOS DV s jejich biologickými rodinami a zda je v zájmu dítěte se s biologickou rodinou stýkat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis „In the interest of a child“ deals with the contacs of children in foster care within the SOS Children´s Village with their biological families. In the theoretical part there is mapped a child´s relationship to his/her parents in the family functional, dysfunctional, alternative educational facilities and the care within the SOS Children´s Villages. The research part is conducted through a qualitative research survey by semi-structured interview. These interviews were led with foster mothers of the SOS Children´s Villages. The goal of the research was to determine how contacts of children with their biological families take place in the SOS Children´s Villages and whether there is the interest of a child to be in touch with his/her biological family.
