Organization and cross-border cooperation of the mountain rescue in the Czech Republic and Germany

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma "Organizace a přeshraniční spolupráce horské služby v Česku a v Německu" se zabývá součinností Horské služby České republiky a Německa v průběhu společných zásahů a cvičení. Dále se také zabývá organizační strukturou těchto dvou horských služeb. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se rozděluje na dvě kapitoly. První kapitola se zabývá Horskou službou České republiky, její historií, činností, legislativou, členstvím a organizační strukturou. Konec této kapitoly se zaměřuje na dvě konkrétní oblasti, které přímo sousedí, a tedy i spolupracují s Horskou službou Německa. Druhá kapitola se zabývá Horskou službou Německa, která se nazývá Bergwacht. I zde se práce zaměřuje na historii, činnost, členství a organizační strukturu Bergwachtu. Jako i v předchozí kapitole se konec této kapitoly zaměřuje na dvě konkrétní oblasti, které sousedí s Horskou službou České republiky. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky získané z výzkumného šetření ze čtyř oblastí horských služeb, z toho dvě z Horské služby České republiky a dvě z Bergwachtu. Výzkumné šetření se zaměřuje na přeshraniční spolupráci těchto dvou horských služeb.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis "Organization and cross-border cooperation of mountain rescue in the Czech Republic and Germany" deals with the cooperation of mountain rescue service of Czech Republic and mountain rescue service of Germany during their collaborative interventions and exercises. It also deals with the organisational structure of these two mountain services. The thesis is divided into twa parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the mountain rescue serves of Czech Republic, its history, activities, legislation, membership and organisational structure. The end of this chapter focuses on two specific areas of mountain rescue servis of Czech Republic that are directly adjacent to, and therefore cooperate with, the German mountain rescue service. The second chapter deals with the mountain rescue service of Germany, which is called Bergwacht. Here again the thesis focused on the history, activities, membership and organisational structure of the Bergwacht. As in the previous chapter, the end of this chapter focuses on two specific areas of Bergwacht. The practical part describes the results obtained from the research investigation from four mountain rescue services areas, two from mountain rescue service of Czech republic and two from Bergwacht. The research investigation focuses on cross-border cooperation of these two mountain rescue services.
